Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Article Assistant located in Vadodara, with some work from home acceptable. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting with bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, auditing tasks, tax planning, preparation, and compliance. Additional tasks include supporting business advisory and strategic consulting services, and assisting with company secretarial services such as corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
