Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant at Naik Danait & Associates, Chartered Accountants, located in Mumbai. The responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing financial statements, analyzing account balances, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The Article Assistant will also support the team in accounting, preparing reports, and presenting financial analyses, while gaining hands-on experience in professional client engagements.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing principles
Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation laws and practices
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and accounting software
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Pursuing or completed Chartered Accountancy course under ICAI
Prior internship or practical exposure in accounting or auditing areas is advantageous
