Team Lead / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet business objectives.
Manage and handle
Direct Clients / VMS / MSP
models.
Drive daily client interactions, requirements gathering, sourcing strategies, and hiring updates.
Build and maintain a
candidate pipeline
for future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment SLAs are met consistently.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and trends.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus drives to strengthen employer branding.

Job Requirements

612 years of
US IT Recruitment experience
, with at least 2+ years in team handling.
Strong exposure to
Direct Client/VMS/MSP hiring models
.
Expert in
Boolean search, sourcing via Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, GitHub
, etc.
Strong understanding of
various IT/Telecom technologies
.
Experience with multiple
tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
.
Excellent
negotiation, pipeline building, and relationship management
skills.
Go-getter with a track record of
quality-focused hiring
.
Bachelors degree required.
