Job_Description":" About the Role: Ingenuity Gaming (IG) is looking for a creative and skilled Art Director to lead the concept art and visual direction for our dynamic gaming division. This includes designing and developing concept art for innovative casino slot games, ensuring a cohesive visual style, and guiding the creation of all in-game assets. You will collaborate with a talented team of artists, designers, animators, and developers to bring creative concepts to life and ensure they meet the highest industry standards. As an Art Director, you will take ownership of the artistic vision for each project, from early-stage concept art through to final implementation. Your role will involve translating creative ideas into visual representations that captivate players and align with our clients expectations. Responsibilities: - Creative Leadership : Lead and inspire the concept art team, providing artistic direction and guidance to ensure the visual style aligns with the projecttheme and goals. - Concept Art Development: Create detailed and imaginative concept art that sets the foundation for the visual direction of the game, including environments, characters, props, and UI elements. - Collaboration : Work closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure concept art is translated effectively into in-game assets while maintaining artistic integrity. - Project Vision : Define and maintain the visual tone and aesthetic for each project, ensuring consistency across all assets and that the final product meets client expectations. - Art Direction and Feedback: Review and provide feedback on all visual aspects of the project, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines. -Client Communication: Engage with internal and external clients to understand their creative needs, adjust designs to fit client feedback, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project. - Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, artistic techniques, and best practices to push the boundaries of design in the gaming space. -Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications: - Professional Experience: Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Concept Artist, ideally within the gaming or iGaming industry. - Portfolio: A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in creating concept art for video games, with a strong emphasis on creativity, design skills, and style versatility. - Artistic Skills : Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other concept art software. - Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team, provide constructive feedback, and inspire creativity. - Collaboration : Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working cross-functionally with game designers, developers, and other departments. - Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and an ability to maintain consistency in art direction throughout the production process. - Gaming Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming or iGaming industries is highly desirable. -Passion for Gaming: A passion for video games, with an understanding of what makes a game visually engaging and immersive for players.
