Job Description

Job Title: Art Director / Presentation Designer / Production designer Roles and Responsibilities Design visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and other tools to communicate ideas with clarity and impact. Translate complex concepts into clean, engaging visual narratives for internal and external audiences. Create high-quality visual assets across both static and motion formats, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, marketers, and program managers to synthesize business goals into effective visual storytelling. Work within structured workflows and timelines, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Support senior designers in developing creative solutions and contribute independently to design initiatives. Communicate design thinking effectively and present ideas confidently to stakeholders. Take ownership of projects from concept through to final production, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Preferred Skills and Tools Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Google Slides. Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a strong plus. Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Ability to adapt design styles across brands and audiences. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, and able to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments.
