Post-Migration Stabilization and Optimization • Lead the stabilization phase post go-live, including defect triage, SLA monitoring, and performance tuning. • Establish production monitoring controls and dashboards to track volumes, transaction health, and alerts. • Continuously identify opportunities for streamlining operations, reducing manual interventions, and enhancing automation. 8. System Readiness and Production Support Enablement • Validate production readiness through infrastructure sizing reviews, HA/DR testing, and health system checks. • Define SOPs for Level 1 and Level 2 production support teams and ensure knowledge transfer is completed. • Participate in production release dry runs, cutover rehearsals, and post-release validations. • Act as a senior escalation point during post-deployment hyper care and issue resolution cycles.
