At GoBoult, we’re building a bold, design-led consumer tech brand. We’re looking for an
Art Director
who comes from a
creative agency environment
and knows how to translate ideas into impactful visuals across digital, social, and brand touchpoints.You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, and content teams to shape campaigns, elevate everyday creatives, and ensure strong visual consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital, social, performance, and brand platforms.
- Translate briefs into strong visual directions, layouts, and key creatives.
- Oversee and guide design execution for daily marketing requirements while maintaining brand quality.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and production teams to plan and execute shoots (product, lifestyle, campaign).
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across ads, social content, website assets, and brand materials.
- Create storyboards and visual references for video and motion content.
- Support packaging, launch creatives, and campaign assets under senior creative guidance.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and performance teams to ensure visuals drive impact and clarity.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer / Senior Designer / Art Director in a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking, digital ads, social content, and brand visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working on fast-paced, multi-brand or high-volume creative environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with timelines and performance-driven objectives.

Education & Qualifications
- B.des in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or related field.
- Agency experience is preferred.
