Requirements ExperienceQualifications 3+ years of experience in a relevant role, specializing in asset packaging, optimization, and game development workflows. iGaming industry experience preferred. Familiarity with casino, slots, or similar game development environments. Strong understanding of 2D assets optimization and performance constraints in mobile and online gaming. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other 2D art tools for asset creation and refinement. Experience working with UI/UX elements to ensure clean, scalable, and user-friendly designs. Familiarity with game engines (Unity is a plus) and their asset integration pipelines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
