Job Description

Role Summary: Lead BICTREE’s creative vision and brand strategy, ensuring all output aligns with brand positioning, analytics, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative concepts for branding and campaigns.
Oversee creation of logos, marketing collateral, digital ads, pitch decks, and client presentations.
Review and approve all creative materials before delivery.
Mentor designers, photographers, and motion graphic artists.
Innovate visual storytelling methods to communicate analytical insights.
Maintain brand consistency and quality control.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Branding.
5+ years in design/branding; 2+ years in a senior creative role or as Art Director.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand development and campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint/Keynote.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
