We at ANJ Creations Pvt Ltd are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer (Team lead) to join our marketing agency. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. This role requires creativity, leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand and business goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative, Digital and Print design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Develop graphics for Social Media creatives, digital banners, logos, brochures, leaflets, Illustrations.
• Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
• Handled +Managed a team member of 5
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on client's requirements and content.
• Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles and quickly translate your ideas visually.
• Select colours, images, text style, and layout as per the brand guidelines.
• Video – Short videos, Motion Graphics (Character Animation), Gifs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, and digital media.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.
