Responsibilities:

• Assess creative briefs and use effective ideation techniques to produce a variety of unique concepts that meet the client’s strategic goals
• Build layouts and pieces based on knowledge of design principles and articulate the rationale of creative decisions
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver on multiple project timelines from kickoff to final delivery
• Understand and adhere to client brand strategies, marketing goals, and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) legal and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate ability to function well as part of a team, amend designs to account for client comments, and gain full approval
• Deliver high-quality work that reflects Snow Companies’ professionalism and strengthens our company’s reputation
• Learn and develop new skills quickly, follow industry trends, and push design techniques and styles to keep designs fresh
• Effectively meet design deadlines to maintain Snow Companies’ commitment to client requests
• Be able to take direction from other team members and external departments and implement them to create an effective solution
• Display an open, positive, optimistic approach to work and feedback
• Represent the design department in resolving design change requests from internal departments and/or clients in a constructive solution, as well as process internal feedback
• Work with provided templates to create the requested materials with creative approach based on brand guidelines.
• Help to determine the best design techniques to be used to meet the client’s expectations

• 4 - 7 yrs of experience in design preferred
• Strong foundation and knowledge in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign preferred.
• The ideal hire should possess a portfolio and work samples that can be shared
• Agency experience is a plus
• Should have experience working on Healthcare/Pharma brands
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
