Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design: Generate creative ideas and concepts for exhibition stands and displays. Collaborate with designers to develop mood boards, sketches and visual concepts. Ensure that designs align with the client's branding and marketing goals. Translate creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications. Client Interaction and Brief Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their exhibition booth requirements. Analyze and interpret client briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of their objectives and preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to gather client feedback and requirements effectively. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of booth designers & technical designers (architects), providing guidance and mentorship. Assign design tasks based on client briefs and project requirements. Oversee the work of the design draft team and technical team to ensure high-quality deliverables. Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise in the Bematrix system to create innovative and structurally sound designs. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure designs meet safety and engineering standards. Project Management: Manage projects from the initial brief stage to final design approval. Coordinate with production and operation teams to ensure seamless execution of designs. Client Engagement: Present design concepts to clients and address their feedback and revisions. Build strong client relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional service.
