Job Title : Mobile App Developer (Android & iOS - Hybrid & Native) Location : New Delhi Experience : 4+ years Job Type : Full-Time Department : Technology / Development Reports To : Engineering Manager / CTO Qualification- B.Tech (Preferred), BCA, MCA Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer proficient in both Android and iOS platforms, with strong expertise in developing both native and hybrid mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and scaling mobile applications using technologies like Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Flutter, and/or Ionic. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using both native and hybrid technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Integrate with backend services using RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team planning and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of mobile development experience. Proficient in native development : Android (Kotlin/Java) iOS (Swift/Objective-C) Strong experience with hybrid frameworks : React Native, Flutter, or Ionic Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Familiarity with modern mobile architectures like MVVM, MVP, or Bloc. Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles and standards. Hands-on experience with publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, and analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and in-app purchases. Familiarity with performance monitoring and crash reporting tools. Knowledge of testing frameworks for mobile (e.g., XCTest, Espresso, Detox). Contributions to open-source or personal projects on GitHub is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits.
