Area Service Manager

Area Service Manager You will be accountable for overseeing operations in North Kerala from the Ernakulam location. As the Area Service Manager, you will report to the Regional Service Manager and directly manage a team of approximately 8 to 10 On Roll & Off Roll employees. Fluency in English and Malayalam is compulsory due to the industry requirements in Consumer Durable/FMCD, preferably from small appliances. Your total experience should be between 8 to 16 years with a minimum qualification of a full-time BE/B Tech degree (Diploma and Distance learning will not be considered). Key Responsibilities: - Conduct periodic visits to service partners for auditing process adherence, educating on process changes, and sharing new product information. - Manage customer issues efficiently and provide timely responses to customer feedback. - Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and third parties. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in addressing service-related challenges. - Engage in direct interaction with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Ensure manpower availability aligns with workload and allocate resources effectively for service delivery. - Expand the service channel based on the sales plan and execute processes to meet company policy and standards. - Proactively monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels and distribute spare parts efficiently. - Enhance the technical and customer handling skills of service channel staff through continuous education initiatives. Remarks: - Looking for a stable candidate with minimal job changes. - Candidates should be based in Ernakulam or willing to relocate. - Team handling experience is a prerequisite. - Exposure to managing Authorized Service Centers and high volume operations is mandatory. - Working knowledge of Excel and SAP is an added advantage. - Expect to travel for 10 to 12 days per month to fulfill job requirements.,
