Role & responsibilities

• Service Operations Management

  : Supervise and coordinate service activities across locations to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Team Leadership

  : Lead, mentor, and develop service professionals to enhance performance and maintain a positive work culture.

• Customer Relations

  : Handle escalated customer issues, conduct site visits, and ensure service excellence.

• Process Improvement

  : Identify inefficiencies, implement innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  : Work with sales, logistics, and product teams to align service strategies with company objectives.

• Compliance & Reporting

  : Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies; prepare performance reports and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education

  : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Experience

  : 5+ years in service management, preferably in technical support or field service roles.

• Soft Skills

  : Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

• Industry Knowledge

  : Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), compliance standards, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
