Area Service Manager

• Handle customer escalations effectively to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Drive and monitor business targets – booking, billing, and collections.
• Develop and execute efficient scheduling and planning strategies to optimize resource utilization.
• Lead training initiatives to enhance team capability and performance.
• Manage and monitor P&L to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service and communication.
• Maintain and improve service quality in line with company standards.
• Oversee service operations, ensuring SLA compliance and process adherence.
• Conduct regular team reviews and customer feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GRN and logistics, for seamless operations.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
• Promote spares and accessories to enhance service value and revenue.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in service operations or customer support roles.
• Proven track record in handling escalations and achieving business KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of service SLAs, P&L management, and customer engagement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
