Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and maximize market share in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through lead generation, networking, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies proactively.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in uPVC windows & doors or the building materials industry.
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving results in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Hyderabad market and customer needs.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
