Role Overview

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales targets for the Rajasthan division through distributors and sales officers.
2. Appoint, develop, and manage distributor & dealer networks.
3. Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Officers and Territory Executives.
4. Plan and execute monthly/quarterly sales strategies to achieve targets.
5. Ensure timely collections, credit policy compliance, and distributor profitability.
6. Conduct market visits, farmer meets, and promotional activities.
7. Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
8. Coordinate with HO for supply chain, marketing campaigns, and reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Agriculture, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in

  Cattle Feed industry.

• Strong leadership & distributor handling experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in large territories.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
