About the Role

We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager – Punjab to lead sales operations in the state. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, leading field teams, and building strong farmer and distributor relationships in Punjab’s high-potential dairy markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 8–10 Sales Officers and Territory Executives.

- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Conduct regular field visits to engage with dairy farmers, distributors, and dealers.

- Appoint and strengthen distributor & dealer networks across Punjab districts.

- Build long-term relationships with distributors, super-stockists, and dairy farmers.

- Ensure timely collections, credit compliance, and distributor profitability.

- Monitor competitor feed brands and share market insights with Head Office.

- Work closely with HO on supply chain, production planning, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Business.

- 4–6 years of proven sales experience in the cattle feed industry (strictly).

- Prior experience handling distributors and sales teams in Punjab preferred.

- Team handling experience (8–10 members).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and rural market management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab.
