Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The Sales Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying leads, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality customer experiences. The responsibilities include prospecting and converting leads into long-term clients, providing tailored property solutions to meet client needs, and building strong collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue goals.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and close deals
• Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and using technology-driven tools for sales and customer management
• Team collaboration and time management skills to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and prop tech solutions is a distinct advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
