Job Description

Roles & Responsibility : 


  • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive adoption and achieve targeted joint replacement device volumes across assigned cities within stipulated timelines.
  • Meeting primary sales targets set for the fiscal year and ensuring to achieve the monthly or quarterly targets.
  • Implement and execute operational plans across designated cities in line with business timelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals to support business growth.
  • Monitor and manage account receivables in alignment with the organization’s credit policy.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards, maintaining professional integrity and safeguarding the company’s brand reputation.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • B.Sc or any other relevant degree.
  • Masters in Sales & Marketing (Preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the healthcare/medical devices sector.
  • Prior experience in orthopaedics (Trauma, Joints Replacement, Arthroplasty).
  • Strong network with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
