Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the fitness segment within a designated territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in fitness products, gym equipment, health supplements, or wellness services and demonstrate the ability to manage teams, develop business, and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B and B2C customers (e.g., gyms, fitness centers, corporates, distributors).
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or field representatives.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and events.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain client satisfaction.
• Attend fitness expos, seminars, or client demos as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of sales experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and handling regional sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong network within the fitness industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,020.90 - ₹61,871.68 per month
