WHITE PEARL SUITES BY ROSETUM - GOA Details of Opening: Opening : 2 Industry Type : Hotel & Restaurants Department : Sales & Marketing Work mode : Remote/Hybird Location : Chandigarh/ Zirakpur, Punjab Salary range : 4.5 to 7 LPA Experience : 3 to 4 years for hotel sales Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics Understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends Problem-solving and analytical skills A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Job Description of Sales Manager : Manage banquet sales, including identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate clients and closing deals. Building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key partners Creating and executing sales plans to meet revenue objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales campaigns. Negotiating contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, and corporate clients. Conducting market research to identify trends, analyse competition, and identify opportunities. Preparing and presenting sales reports, analysing data, and tracking performance against targets. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase room sales revenue, events, Conference and group bookings. Oversee reservations process, ensuring efficient handling of guest requests and issues. Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
