Job Description

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and dealer networks, achieving revenue targets, and leading the field sales team within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute area-wise sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Manage and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks
  • Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Executives
  • Monitor secondary sales, market coverage, and product availability
  • Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotions
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Implement company pricing, schemes, and promotional strategies
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
