Job Summary: An area sales manager oversees and manages sales operations within a specific geographic area, leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets and revenue goals. Including analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. This role focuses on managing a team and ensuring business development through sales data and reports. It requires problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail to maintain data integrity and develop business needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives within a defined territory. 2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and quotas. 3. Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of sales goals within the assigned area. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients. 5. Extra Ordinary teamwork skills to collaborate with Distributor & Super Stockist 6. Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. 7. Team Management: Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives. 8. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. 9. Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports. 10. Customer Support: Provide pre and post sales customer support. 11. Monitoring So's Day to day activity and check their Daily sales report and TA/DA. 12. Conduct Weekly/Monthly meetings to ensure the sales target. Requirements: Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills are essential. Ability to work with a positive mindset and point to output Good problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in any FMCG product with excellent Market depth Knowledge Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends. Mandatory: As an ASM Please bring your 5-7 years ASM experience proof from your previous company like offer letter, appointment letter, Payslip and salary reflected bank statement.
