Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Meerut for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales strategy for the assigned region. The role includes coordinating with distributors, monitoring market trends, developing business strategies, and leading a sales team to expand the customer base and ensure customer satisfaction. Periodic market analysis and reporting will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, market penetration, and target achievement
• Proficiency in team leadership, sales strategy development, and coordination with distributors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare detailed sales reports
• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is highly desirable
• Willingness to work on-site in Meerut and travel within the assigned area as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
