Role Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations in the Bongaigaon region. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will strategize to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, oversee the performance of your sales team, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring sales data, training and motivating the sales team, and providing market insights to align with business goals. You will play a critical role in expanding Payworld's presence and ensuring seamless implementation of financial services in your region.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sales management, team leadership, and business development strategies
Proficiency in understanding market dynamics and creating effective sales plans
Ability to build and maintain relationships with retail partners, stakeholders, and clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sales reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Self-motivated with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in fintech, financial services, or a related industry is a plus
