Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Daltonganj. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with retailers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing training to retailers on Payworld's products and services, and overseeing regional sales operations. They will actively engage with customers and stakeholders to promote Payworld's digital and financial services in the assigned territory.

• Experience in Training and guiding team members or retailers
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, on-ground sales environment
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets is highly beneficial
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in the fintech or retail domain being a plus
