Area Sales Manager

You have the opportunity to join our team as a Distribution Sales Manager with a focus on EDC, fintech, Banking, and Insurance Sales. With at least 8 years of experience in Distribution sales, you will be responsible for setting and tracking sales targets for the team, reviewing the sales team's performance, and researching methods to enhance customer engagement. Your role will involve managing the assigned territory for Oil and Gas. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this position. Ideally, you should possess an MBA in Marketing and have excellent networking capabilities. Extensive travel within your specified area will be required. You should be adept at coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who can apply new ideas effectively. Knowledge of Excel is considered optional but beneficial.
