• Develop and implement a growth strategy for the region focused on financial gain, occupancy improvement, and customer satisfaction. • Identify, build, and expand new markets across relevant customer segments (startups, SMEs, enterprises, freelancers). • Generate a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, referrals, ecosystem connects, and channel partners.
2. Sales, Revenue & Collections • Achieve monthly and quarterly seat sales and revenue targets for assigned centers. • Prepare and present formal proposals, quotes, and commercial offers to prospects. • Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. • Drive monthly collections based on invoices raised; ensure minimal delays and revenue leakage.
3. Client Relationship Management & Retention • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat and expansion business. • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. • Focus on renewal, expansion, and churn control for key accounts in the region. • Ensure timely resolution of client complaints within defined TAT and proactively address service gaps.
4. Channel & Lead Generation Strategy • Devise and execute strategies for lead generation through: o Brokers, channel partners, and IPCs o Online and direct channels o Startup and ecosystem collaborations o Partnerships and alliances in the region • Build and nurture a strong broker and partner network to ensure steady inflow of qualified leads.
5. Reporting, Tracking & Governance • Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, pipeline, collections, and key account activity. • Maintain updated data and reports on CRM/trackers as per organizational standards. • Share regular updates and insights on market trends, competition, and customer feedback with leadership.
