Area Sales Manager (Male)

Location: Palakkad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Monthly TA/DA

Working Days & Time: Monday – Saturday, 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned region.

* Identify, acquire, and manage new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

* Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales objectives.

* Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site inspections to ensure strong market presence.

* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies and guidelines.

* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to support sales initiatives.

* Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and business meetings as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* 1–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Proficiency in English and local languages (as per regional requirements).

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

* Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
