Job Description

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and building rapport with businesses. You will be tasked with ensuring the achievement of targeted budgets and growth, as well as developing your team to achieve the targeted business goals of the territory. Your role will also involve expanding business with standard operating procedures (SOPs) in place and ensuring the smooth running of the territory. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be meeting with doctors and generating prescriptions within the specified territory. You will need to consistently achieve monthly sales targets and actively participate in below-the-line (BTL) activities and doctors" camp activities. Revenue generation and meeting sales targets will be crucial metrics for success in this role. Additionally, having market awareness will be essential to provide support to existing branches through marketing support and brand building activities.
