Area Sales Manager

As a Sales and Marketing professional, your role will involve promoting and selling Paints & Putties products within the community of dealers, distributors, and other interested parties. You should have experience in handling Channel Sales and be responsible for implementing all promotional activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Building and maintaining healthy relationships with new and existing project partners to focus on recommending the company's products to clients is crucial. Additionally, finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience, resolving client queries, and ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their project is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Paints & Putties products within the community - Handle Channel Sales effectively - Implement promotional activities - Achieve sales targets on a regular basis - Build relationships with project partners - Finalize orders and provide excellent sales experience - Resolve client queries and provide technical support - Cover assigned areas/territory and identify new projects - Utilize good communication and selling skills - Maintain market knowledge of the particular zone Qualification Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience in Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry - MBA in Marketing or Any Graduate - Result-oriented and proactive - Presentable and fluent in English and local language - Experience in handling Primary and Secondary Sales - Self-driven with good market knowledge In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team in the Sales and Marketing department, focused on achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
