Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales efforts within the designated region, including managing and growing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Regular responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and liaising with internal teams to address customer needs. This role also involves leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to ensure operational excellence and optimal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Expertise in market research, client relationship management, and contract negotiations
• Leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate sales teams
• Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction-related industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within the designated region
