The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales, market penetration, and business development of the Cattle Feed Division in the assigned territory. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build and manage distributor/dealer networks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Education: Graduate in Agriculture / Veterinary Science / Animal Husbandry / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Experience: 5 8 years of sales experience in cattle feed, dairy products, veterinary medicines, or agri-inputs. Minimum 2 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong distributor and farmer networks.
Good knowledge of rural markets and livestock industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
