Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Udaipur for an Area Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent performance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication Skills: Proven experience in sales management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Capability to lead, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, planning sales strategies, and targeting growth opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with ERP or business software solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional Skills: Strong organizational abilities, result-driven mindset, and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
