Job Description Position : Area Sales Manager – LAP Location : Ahmedabad Department : Sales Reporting To : Regional Sales Manager Channel : DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Product : Loan Against Property (LAP) Ticket Size : ₹1 Crore to ₹10 Crores Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Ahmedabad through the DSA channel . This role includes managing a team, scaling the DSA network, and achieving business targets with a focus on high-ticket LAP loans. Key Responsibilities Drive LAP business in the range of ₹1 Cr to ₹10 Cr through DSAs in the Ahmedabad region. Identify, onboard, and activate quality DSA partners to enhance sourcing capabilities. Lead and manage a team of sales executives or managers to achieve regional sales targets. Maintain portfolio quality in line with credit and risk norms. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team productivity. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as credit, operations, and collections to ensure end-to-end process efficiency. Monitor market dynamics, competition, and pricing trends to stay ahead in the market. Candidate Requirements Experience : 5–8 years of relevant experience in LAP sales via DSA channel. Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of Ahmedabad and surrounding markets. Skills : Proven leadership and team management ability. Strong network of DSAs and ability to scale channel partnerships. Good understanding of LAP underwriting and credit assessment norms. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
