Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and onboard retrofit dealers within assigned territories. Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end dealer onboarding process. Collaborate with dealers and the sales team to facilitate customer onboarding. Liaise with local unions and government authorities to support business operations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth. Support dealer management, customer service, and conduct competition benchmarking. Monitor daily targets, resolve operational issues, and ensure revenue achievement through timely reporting and follow-ups. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate with 12+ years of experience from Automobile industry only 2. Experience into 2W and 3W fleet only 3. Dealer handling experience into OEMs, Mechanics and Spare parts dealers 4. Team handling (can be into on-roll and off-role) 5. Should know to speak languages (English, Hindi & Telugu)
