Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team as an Area Sales Manager - Individual Loans in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management.
Roles and Responsibility

Ensure onboarding of quality customers for rural individual loans.

Manage the team and identify appropriate client sourcing for rural individual loan customers.

Adopt digital solutions for sourcing and collection by individual loan officers.

Enable business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration.

Achieve disbursement targets and desired productivity numbers.

Maintain expected collection efficiency and ensure minimum delinquency.

Build strong client relationships internally and externally to facilitate target achievement through the team.

Achieve the highest First Time Right (FTR) rate.

Continuously engage in learning and development programs to upskill the team.

Job

Minimum 6 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including individual loans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adherence to product, process, and policies is essential.

A graduate degree is required.
