Job Title: Area Sales ManagerEducation: Bachelor's degree in business or a related fieldExperience: 4-5 years of experience in Healthcare or IT SaaS startupsLocation: Multiple Location About the Role:As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio. Responsibilities:Responsible for driving revenue targets for the company.Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.Generating new leads from the healthcare industry such as hospitals, nursing homes etc.Building professional relationships with all the stakeholders by conducting engagement activities.Meet and make presentations to owners and senior management.Following up with prospects, negotiating and closingRequirements: Prior experience of working with or selling solutions to hospitals/telemedicine- companies/healthcare institutions preferred.Strong networking skills with industry KOLsStrong communication skills – both written and oralExperience in Channel ManagementShould be willing to travel within city limitsShould possess business acumen and be result orientedGood to have experience in capital sales.Good to have an experience in working with startups About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
