Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mysore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and leading a sales team. The role involves extensive fieldwork, market analysis, reporting, and liaising with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.


Qualifications -

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field


Experience -


Responsibilities-

• Manage and lead a team of field sales executives across mysuru and nearby areas to achieve sales targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, companies, and institutions within the region.

• Plan and implement area-specific sales strategies to drive consistent growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct regular field visits to support the team and assess market opportunities.

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and achieve goals.

• Ensure accurate reporting and proper data management of sales activities and pipeline.

• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reviews for the region.

• Oversee timely payment collections and manage outstanding dues effectively.

• Represent the company in the region, building brand reputation and client trust.
