Key Responsibilities:


* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. 


* Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. 


* Monitor and guide the Sales Officers/Sales Executives team to improve productivity. 


* Ensure product availability and visibility in General Trade and Modern Trade. 


* Handle beat planning, market coverage, and secondary & tertiary sales tracking. 


* Execute trade promotions, schemes, and market activations. 


* Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitor activities. 


* Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve distributor claims. 


 * Regularly use field tracking apps (FA App/Bizom) for reporting and monitoring. 


* Submit weekly and monthly MIS to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM/NSM). 




Key Skills & Requirements: 


FMCG


* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distribution. 


* Strong knowledge of General Trade; exposure to Modern Trade is an advantage. 


* Hands-on experience with FA apps / Bizom / Sales Diary or similar field reporting tools. 


* Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
