About The Company

The leading manufacturer of tiles, bathware and sanitaryware with global presence. The company has 15 manufacturing facilities and generates revenue of over Rs. 1500 Crores.

Position:

Asst ASM / ASM Retail Sales

Location:

Bengaluru, Hubli, Belgaum

Experience:

2–6 Years

CTC:

₹6-7 LPA

Industry Preference:

Tiles, Paints, Pipes, Ceramics and Bath ware

Purpose Of The Role

To develop, manage, and grow sales through the channel partner network (dealers, distributors, retailers, and architects) in the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management:
    • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners such as dealers, distributors, and retailers.
    • Maintain good relations with architects (preferred).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure loyalty and long-term business.
    • Resolve partner queries and issues promptly.
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
    • Monitor and drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network.
    • Expand the distribution network in underpenetrated areas.
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market coverage.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
    • Ensure timely order booking and payment collection from channel partners.
    • Monitor and manage partner inventory levels.
    • Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.

  • Good understanding of the local market and customer preferences.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in channel sales (tiles/building materials/related industry).
