Job Description

Key Responsibilities Team Management: Manage and lead a team of medical representatives (MRs) or other front-line sales staff, providing guidance and ensuring their performance meets sales objectives.  Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales goals for dermatology products within a designated geographic area by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including doctors, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.  Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather customer and market feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.  Product Promotion: Inform healthcare professionals about the medical and scientific benefits, features, and value proposition of the company's dermatology products.  Inventory Management: Oversee product inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for immediate order fulfillment while preventing excess or expired products.  Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data and report on sales performance to upper management.
