Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve territory targets through effective channel management, dealer handling, and distributor relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategies for territory development, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, promotions, and events that support regional growth goals.
  • Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as revenue growth, market share gains, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in area sales management or similar role within the building material industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective channel distribution networks.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales management principles with ability to develop strong relationships with dealers/distributors.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders at various levels.
