Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve territory targets through effective channel management, dealer handling, and distributor relationships. Develop and execute strategies for territory development, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer base. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, promotions, and events that support regional growth goals. Ensure timely reporting on key metrics such as revenue growth, market share gains, and customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in area sales management or similar role within the building material industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through effective channel distribution networks. Strong understanding of channel sales management principles with ability to develop strong relationships with dealers/distributors. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders at various levels.
