Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager (EV Vehicle) based in Indore. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, drive business growth, establish connections with potential clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, identifying market opportunities, analyzing data to inform strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales activities with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in leveraging market data to inform sales strategies
  • Knowledge of electric vehicles, automotive trends, or sustainable mobility solutions is an advantage
  • Experience in the Indore market or local region is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site and travel within the designated area as required
