Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales & Service Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Sales & Service Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales plans, coordinating with the service team to address customer needs, analyzing market trends, and maintaining quality standards in service delivery. The role involves both in-office work and some work from home.

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Experience with Service Operations and Quality Management
• Ability to develop and implement effective Sales Strategies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
