Sales & Services Manager – Water Treatment / Industrial Chemicals

Company Overview

Neptune Chempastel Private Limited is a Jaipur-based industrial chemical company manufacturing and supplying water treatment chemicals, boiler/cooling-tower chemicals, RO/membrane treatment chemicals and allied services.

The Sales & Services Executive will be a key person responsible for growing the customer base, managing service engagements (after-sales), and ensuring repeat business through high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the industrial water-treatment / chemical sector (boiler, cooling tower, ETP, STP, membranes).

- Approach, pitch and sell Neptune’s product range (water-treatment chemicals).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at industrial plants, commercial buildings, hospitality, manufacturing units etc.

- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms and close deals in line with company targets.

-Keep accurate sales records, forecast monthly/quarterly sales, and report to the Management.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements when interacting with chemical products.

Education & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree

-Experience: 2-5 years in sales

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing service contracts.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- comfortable on the field

- Negotiation skills, deal closure ability

- Basic analytical skills – to understand water test results, dosing requirements, cost-benefit for clients

- Knowledge of industrial chemical safety, regulations (MSDS, safe handling) is a plus

- Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required (Jaipur / Rajasthan / nearby states)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
