Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager position based in Mysore. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and achieve sales targets in the designated territory. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow the business, leading sales teams, and analyzing market trends to enhance sales strategies. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address client requirements efficiently.

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong relationship-building, customer engagement, and client service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, create strategic plans, and execute them for business growth
• Team leadership and collaborative teamwork experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) industry or automotive market is a strong advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
